GBT 2792 Electric Press Roller Rolling 2 Wheels 2kg Load

Description: This machine is for the sample preparation of adhesive tape, peel strength test, shear strength test, etc. It can accurately and conveniently paste the adhesive tape of the test subject to the specified grinding pressure and at the specified grinding speed on the specified test board to form the corresponding specimen.

Operation guide for electric rolling wheel:

1. Place the machine table in a flat, solid working table and adjust level of the machine .

(The board is benchmarked, adjusted to 0.02/1000)

2. Connecting pwer line, press power button.

3. Put the test board (face up), flatly and positively on roll plate, then place adhesive tape down on the  test board.

4. Check the position and attitude of roll wheel , (which easily loaded and unloaded), make it in a normal  rolling state.

5. Set the roll times and speed on touch screen, press “ Start“ , it will roll the specimen automatically until it reaches the set test  times,

then stop the test automatically.

6. If the roller compaction need to be stopped, press “Stop "

7. Please cut off the power,after working, and clean up the residue

Matter need attention:

1. If the rolling needs to be stopped during the rolling process, click the “Stop”

If need continue testing after “stop”, click “Start. If you need to go back to the starting position,

click "Reset" , ("Reset" only works after click "Stop" )

2. If the roller needs to be suspended during the rolling process, click “Pause“.

If it is necessary to continue the test, click the same postion “Pause”
