Introduction:Loop tack tester is used to test the initial adhesion value of adhesives, labels, tapes, protective films, etc. Different from the steel ball test method of initial viscosity, this equipment accurately measure the initial adhesion force value.
Principle : After the ring sample is completely in contact with the standard float glass test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, the ring initial viscosity tester automatically reverses the ring sample and the test plate to completely separate the ring sample and the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min. The maximum force, this maximum force value is the ring initial viscosity of the tested sample.
