Positive/negative Pressure Alternating Test Stand
I. Positive/negative pressure alternating test stand is mainly used for positive pressure test, negative pressure test and positive/negative pressure alternating test of products. It is applicable for comprehensive temperature and pressure testing of such products as automobile fuel tank, induction manifold, automobile pipeline, oil/gas separator, one-way valve, pressure container, airplane cabin, and so on.
II. Main functions and characteristics:
1. It is mainly composed of inlet high precision proportioner, electromagnetic valve, and so on, and can be used for comprehensive tests such as positive/negative low/high frequency test and temperature test.
2. Parameters such as pressure, waveform, frequency, time and testing times can be set and adjusted at will during test.
3. Fully automatic control system is used, and it can stop automatically upon in any abnormal condition, so it is suitable for unattended operation.
4. Maintenance-free vacuum pump and generator are used for negative pressure testing, leading to safe and stable operation.
5. Pleasing design & layout and reasonable internal structure, providing convenience for repairers.
