Description
500KV CGF type aluminum alloy suspension clamp is designed as corona-proof type, especially suitable for more than 500KV overhead transimission line; the main body & pressing clamp are made up of high-strength aluminum alloy. After thermal treatment, it is of hysteresis-free & energy-saving efficiency.
The suspension clamp is used to fix conductors to insulator strings or hang lightning conductors on straightline towers. Moreover, it also can be used for transposition towers to support transposition conductors and for tension towers or angle poles to fix the jumper wires.
As the suspension clamps are used to ACSR, the conductor may be wounded by aluminium tapes or preformed armour rods for protecting protecting these taps or rods are included in the diameter of suitable conductor.
