Description
XLU type aluminum alloy suspension clamp is adopted aluminum alloy, especially suitable for more than 110KV overhead transmission line; the main body & pressing clamp are made up of high-strength aluminum alloy. After thermal treatment, it is of hysteresis-free, energy-saving efficiency, long working life & reliable safety. It reaches over 10 year valid usage period according to test.
The suspension clamp is used to fix conductors to insulator strings or hang lightning conductors on straightline towers. Moreover, it also can be used for transposition towers to support transposition conductors and for tension towers or angle poles to fix the jumper wires.
As the suspension clamps are used to ACSR, the conductor may be wounded by aluminium tapes or preformed armour rods for protecting protecting these taps or rods are included in the diameter of suitable conductor.
