PVC plastic line ties / top ties are intended for use with covered conductors and vertically-mounted tie top insulators on crossarms or pole-top-mounted insulators. Line angles of up to 15°can be accommodated when used with any plastic covered conductor.

Material:

We use the all new raw material, not recycling material to make the product. so it has the following advantages such as UV resistance, good tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength etc. We can make them in black, white as well as grey at present.

Application: voltage to 15kV.

Mechanical: PVC plastic line ties / top ties will develop unbalanced and lift-off loads equivalent to, or in excess of, a hand tie over covered conductor.

Insulators: PVC plastic line ties / top ties are used with either ANSIcompliant polymer or porcelain insulators, such as Φ63mm (C Neck), Φ73mm (F Neck).

Product Range

The company focus on development and production of fittings and conductors for voltage from 110kV to 1000kV. It had supplied around 10 transmission lines for 800kV till 1000kV in domestic. Over years of development, we have provided line fittings for heavy snow area, 750kV ultra-high voltage AC line fittings, 800kV ultra-high voltage DC line fittings, and 1000kV ultra-high voltage AC line fittings. Our products are designated to be used in national large power transmission projects, such as The Three Gorges and west-east power transmission, and are exported to many foreign countries in the Middle East and Mid and South Asia. Apart from this, we provide nonstandard and customized products according to the specific requirements of our clients.
