2. Functions of stenter machine:

    1) Heat setting is done by the stenter for special 3-mesh textile.

    2) Width of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

    3) Moisture of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

    4) GSM of the3-mesh textile is controlled.

    5) Fabric is dried by the stentering process.

    6) Shrinkage property of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

Open width entry --- Infrared center device ---- J-scray ---- Padder --- Tension applicator --- Auto weft straightner ---- Expanding roller ---- Lower overfeeding screw expending ---Upper overfeeding --- E+L Edge detecting & two-finger uncurler device--- Clipping-on ---- Chambers for heat setting ---Air cooling --- Clipping-off ---- End section --- Plaiting & batching.
