Production and Process flow:
This is the polyester staple fiber production line. Solid and hollow conjugated polyester staple fiber can be produced from this production line.
The complete set of equipment is made of polyester bottle sheet, which is sent to the spinning box for spinning through melting, filtering and measuring, and then cooled by blowing air to form undrawn fiber, which is then fed into the holding barrel through oil loading, cluster, traction and feeding. After the silk strips are balanced, they are sent to the processing procedure.
