1. Machine description and applications:
This machine is suitable for various kinds of cotton or fiber textile to process the technology treatment as knife or blade coating, drying, forming in order to various categories textile coating product.The process is mainly used for artificial leather, PU, PVC, cotton, silk, blended fabric, color printing, bronzing transfer to base materials, also can be used as hot stamping glue compound of crepe fabric.

Open width entry ---- J-scray with tension applicator --- Infrared center device ----Two-bowl Padder ----1 x 12 Cylinder dryer ----- Coating head with brush box in the front ---- Photocell device (infrared edge detecting)--- Clipping ----- Chambers for heat setting --- air cooling --- Decliping device --- Water cooling --- End section ---- Plaiting or batching.
