1. Machine applications:

For drying or thermosetting knitted or woven fabrics(70~350g/m2) made of cotton,chemical fiber ,wool and other blend..

2.The stenter Controller characteristics:

Whole machine is PLC controlled. PLC programmable logic control can automatically control the completion of the whole setting process.  The man-machine dialogue operation layout can make the operator control the process flow easily, and it has a powerful menu system, which can automatically record all process parameters and storage process prescriptions, thus reducing the operating workload and ensuring the replay of various finishing processes, meanwhile reducing the production cost and improving the quality of the products.

3. Feature advantages:

1) Equipped with high Efficiency Heat Exchanger or Gas burner ( Maxon, USA), which quickly heat up the chamber temperature to the setting temperature, and greatly reduce the dull time and achieve production efficiency.

2) Special designed inner exhaust pipe enhanced the energy saving.

3) Double filters equipped in the chambers, the upper one can be take out for maintenance, the lower one is fix to resist the dust.

4) Rail is horizontal type, both non-lubricated & lubricated are for optional.
