2. Functions of stenter machine:

1) Heat setting is done by the stenter for special 3-mesh textile.

2) Width of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

3) Moisture of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

4) GSM of the3-mesh textile is controlled.

5) Fabric is dried by the stentering process.

6) Shrinkage property of the 3-mesh textile is controlled.

3. Stenter Chamber features:

Each chamber 3 meters long, with twin air system, the frame of chamber is made from 4 mm steel plates. The heat- insulating boards thickness is 120mm, filled with insulating material and silicone rubber strips used for sealing. The bottom of the chambers heat-insulating boards thickness 80mm.

Double filter: Each chamber has double filters; it’s easier for machine maintenance.
