1. Machine working process:

Open-width fabric entry frame --- Infrared center device/Cloth guider ---- J-scray ---- Padder mangle with tension applicator ---  Auto weft straightner ---- Expanding roller ---- Lower overfeeding --- Screw expending ---Upper overfeeding ---  Edge guider & Edge uncurler device--- Clipping/pinning-on ---- Chambers for setting ---Air cooling unit--- Clipping/pinning -off ---- End section --- Plaiting & batching.

2. Feature advantages:

1) A limit switch is used. The machine will stop immediately when the fabric fails to be depinned and touch the rod of the limit switch.

2) The air-volumn in the chambers is big, the machine running speed is high.

3) Width-regulator: Can be controlled digitally on the computer. The width in each chamber can be regulated separately by individually motors. Limit switches also used to control the width regulation limitation.
