1. Machine Usage:

The machine is used to strech and heat setting of fabrics, such as pure cotton which gram per square meter is 50-400, polyester cotton and other blended fabrics.

2. Machine producing Process:

Open-width entry --- Cloth guider ---- J-scray ---- Padder mangle with Tension applicator --- Weft straightner ---- Expanding device ---- Overfeeding & screw expending ---  Edge detecting & two-finger uncurler device--- Clipping/Pinning-on ---- Chambers for heat setting --- Air cooling --- Clipping/Pinning-off ---- End section --- Plaiting & batching.

3. Machine Feature:

1) Each chamber’s cycle fan equipped with brake; in emergency the fan can stop automatically to protect the fabric in chambers.

2) Each chamber has individual temperature controller.
