1. Functions of stenter machine:

1) The stenter do heat setting for lycra fabric, synthetic and blended fabric.

2) The stenter used to control the width of the fabric.

3) The stenter is used to control the GSM of the fabric.

4) The stentering process is to dry textile.

5) The stenter process is trying to control the shrinkage property of the fabric.

• Pins are Monforts type, non-lubrication chain. VIROCK brand.
• Two-bowl Finishing Padder.
• Rubber hardness 85 shore and 10-ton pressure, Chemical trough for finish application and draining system by pneumatically jacks.
