1. Description:
The Virock stenter is very high efficient, high reliability. It can reach optimum results and maximum output. The machine scientific design and well studied execution ensures effecient air flow, considerably reducing the energy consumption. It is equipped with advanced technology for optimum energy efficiency and quality of production.
2. Main Features:
1)The Stenters are equipped with very efficient uncurler device and infrared edge detecting device which ensuring the fabric get pinning-on accurately , and machine can run smoothly at high speeds exceeding 100 meters per minute.
2) The simple and accurate overfeeding system using Variable Frequency Drives with AC Geared Motors ensures perfect and precise Over-feed control as required by the fabric. The simple design makes easy maintenance. The fabric tension and selvedge tension rollers are driven individually.
3) Two types of rail. One is seasoned cast iron chain rail, which provide support to the moving pin clip chain. They are strong and distortion free even when operating at high operating temperatures and at high speed.
