High level automation Textile finishing machine , Professional designed

 

1.  Machine applications:

This machine is applicable to extending and heat setting of fabrics, such as pure cotton which gram per square meter is 50-400, polyester cotton and other blended fabrics.

The process is also used for artificial leather, PU, PVC, cotton, silk, blended fabric, color printing, bronzing transfer to base materials, also can be used as hot stamping glue compound of crepe fabric.

 

 

2. Machine features:

1) The nozzles in chambers are designed to obtain maximum evaporation from the fabric and are specially designed for the specific fabric requirements.

2) Each chamber equipped with insulating panels which filled with high density insulating material for minimum radiation losses.

3) The stenters can be equipped with various types of batching winders-- small batches or big batches or a plaiting down mechanism or any two.
