3. Machine features:

1) Drying chambers: To dry the fabric or to fix the finishing chemicals by hot air from the blowers. The blower sucks hot air from radiator and blow it into the nozzles through which drying occurs. Inside the drying chamber also contains width adjustment spindle which can adjust the each chamber's working width, and pin/clip chain track.

2) Thermal oil circulation heating system:

Thermal oil circulation heating system+ by means of digital temperature controller with PT100 temperature sensor+control 3-way motorized valves.

The heat exchanger is Fin type, it's big and efficient, heat storage is low. Heating and heat dissemination also spread fast to keep steady temperature. Assure the fabric is under good thermo-fixing, to upgrade the quality.
