1. Machine applications:

This machine is applicable to extending and heat setting of fabrics, such as pure cotton which gram per square meter is 50-400, polyester cotton and other blended fabrics.

Equipped with mangle, it can also carry out other treatments like squeezing and resin padding.The machine is suitable for heat setting of fabric, Chemical Finishing especially on woven fabrics.

3. Machine features:

1) Drying chambers: To dry the fabric or to fix the finishing chemicals by hot air from the blowers. The blower sucks hot air from radiator and blow it into the nozzles through which drying occurs. Inside the drying chamber also contains width adjustment spindle which can adjust the each chamber's working width, and pin/clip chain track.

2) Gas direct heating system:

It equipped with auto-cut off safety burners, Maxon /Weishaupt/ Reillo brand.

The temperature rising up very fast, short the loading time of the machine.

Anti-explosive door designs in heating chamber.

3) Low pollution, easy to maintenance, the most clean heating system for environmental protection.

4) Humanized designs for double filters in the chambers. The upper layer can be draw out at anytime for cleaning the filters,it also can prevent the dusts to dirty the fabrics.
