1. Applications:

It is applied for open knitted fabrics. The knitting fabrics which are shrunk by the machine an reach a satisfactory pre-shrinkage and brightness effect. The fabrics also could get better hand feeling and stable dimension. 

Possibility to treat all types of knitted fabrics, 100% cotton (jersey, piquet, fleece etc.), interlock, viscose, blended cotton-synthetic fabrics or 100% synthetic fabrics (Lycra, polyester, etc.).

2.  Process:

Open-width fabric entry → fabric tighten frame → disc screw thread spreading → initiative fabric feeding, crentring → down overfeed → spreading and weft correcting → upper overfeed → pinning → tentering (dewing, taping, drying ) → pin falling off → double felt compacting → belt conveying → open-width plaiting

3. Machine features:

Width control and equalization of open-width knitted fabric through distortion-free, controlled pinning and width management in an equalizing frame, optionally equipped with individual chain adjustment system.

l Condensate-free steam box with compensation for different widths, completely corrosion-resistant version

l Tensionless and distortion-free pinning with short, direct and crease-free feed into the compacting unit

l Specially designed elastic felt belt in both compacting units

l Heatable smoothing and shrinking rollers for the fabric smoothing
