Energy saving Cylinder Dryer Machine , with steam traps , drum coated with Teflon​

1. Product Application:

The moisture is evaporated as the fabric passing over the steam heated cylinder dryers. The cylinder dryer can be used in continuous operation with finishing plants, or as separately operating dryer for other treatments. Usually one or two stacks in vertical arrangement, 6/8/10/12 cylinders per stack.
 

2. Process:

Open width entry --- Infrared center device ----  2/3 bowl Padding mangle --- Tension applicator --- Cylinder drying unit --- Water-drum cooling  ---- End section --- Plaiting.
