Simple operation Cylinder Drum Dryer , with steam trap , drum coated with Teflon

1. Machine applications:

The moisture is evaporated as the fabric passing over the steam heated cylinder dryers. The cylinder dryer can be used in continuous operation with finishing plants, or as separately operating dryer for other treatments. Usually one or two stacks in vertical arrangement, 6/8/10/12 cylinders per stack.

2. Process:

Open width entry --- Infrared center device ----  Padder --- Tension applicator --- Cylinder drum unit --- Water-drum cooling  ---- End section --- Plaiting.
