APPLICATION:

The range is used for mercerizing the dry fabric of all cotton and polyester cotton fabric. The wide range can mercerize the wide fabric and sheet fabric.

Process:

fabric feed frame →18 pairs thick alkali chainless mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→12.5 pairs Weak alkali stabilize mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→(90^.fabric feed frame) →【steam washing box(5/6) →2-bowl padder】X8→steam washing box(5/6)→2 bowl high-efficiency squeezer→2x10 drying cylinder (dia.:800mm)→Fabric outlet

Electrical Component:

The speed for whole range is controlled by AC frequency conversion. Inverter are Inovance,PLC are Mitsubishi. All operating button and frequency conversion signal are accessed to PLC, controlled and managed uniformly.

Adopting temperature auto-controlling and equipped with PT100 Temperature sensor.

The electrical cabinet has air-conditioner ventilation device.

Electrical components are Schneider brand.

The machine contains the relevant bridge frame and required cabinet and cable.
