Machine Application:

LMH085B: Suitable for single end cotton or cotton blended fabrics with width less than 2.8 m, such as printing fabric, bleaching cloth, dyeing light color desizing, scouring, pretreatment process before bleaching, daily output of 140,000-210,000m.

LMH088: Suitable for double ends cotton or cotton blended fabrics with width less than 1.8 meters, such as printing fabric, batik cloth, bleaching cloth, lining or light-colored desizing, scouring, pretreatment process before bleaching, daily output of 240,000-290,000 meters.

Equipment Advantages:

1) the speed is 90-180 m / min, less labor, high production efficiency.

2) the total consumption of steam, water and electricity in the rope scouring & bleaching process is nearly 23-27% lower than that in the open width desizing scouring and bleaching equipment.

3) The amount of auxiliary agent used in machine is less than that normal open width desizing scouring and bleaching range, which can reduce the pressure of sewage treatment.

4) The unique air-steam structure realizes the combination of steaming & boiling, get good result of desizing & scouring and high desizing rate.

5) With proper process aids and lower dosage, a higher desizing rate can be obtained.

6) The capillary- effect is over 13 cm / / 30 minutes.
