Tubular Knit Fabric Compactor, temperature accuracy, low shrinkage

1. Applications:

It is applied for tubular knitted fabrics. It is a machine that treats cotton, mixed cotton, mixed cotton and cotton/polyeter with preshrinking-finishing, blanket-setting, the treated fabrics are with the features of width stable, surface smooth, handle soft, shrinkage lower.

2.  Process:

Fabric overfeeing → Steaming →  Shrinkage unit → Fabric folder

3. Machine features:

    1) No prop plate, no pressure marks, fabrics drop smoothly.

    2) This machine has two drying cylinders used for compacting, which can be heated by thermal oil or electricity. 

    3) The surface temperature of the cylinder could be adjusted.

    4) The compacting mechanism adopts one set pnematic adjust device to correct the felt snake shape movement path. ​
