Brief Introduction
Everflon® PTFE Micropowders is a white, free-flowing, PTFE powder designed for use as an additive in other materials or as a dry lubricant. It can be used at temperatures from –190 °C to 250 °C (–310 °F to 480 °F), and is inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. It is a good electrical insulator, does not absorb water, and is highly resistant to weathering.

Everflon® MV3I PTFE micropowders could be be used as additive of various elastomers to improve the lubricating and anti-friction property.
Main application is FKM,Fluorosilicone rubber,EPDM,Chloroprene rubber,SBR etc.
Idea Processing percentage: 5-30wt%

Ø This product is non-dangerous goods. Please store it away from ignition sources and strong oxidants.
Ø Do not smoke while operating the micronized PTFE wax, avoiding the micronized wax to touch the cigarette-burns because it can produce some toxic gases that maybe inhaled.
