In many high end applications, the part is electrocoated following the pretreatment process, and subsequent to the powder coating application. This has been particularly useful in automotive and other applications requiring high end performance characteristics.

The products include high light ( above 86%),
glazed (76%-85%),
matt(20%-50%),
super matt (below 20%).

Application
Suitable for all kinds of products such as household appliances, instruments, meters medical devices,
automotive components, metal furniture, fitness equipment, indoor decorative painting, etc.
Also apply to a variety of equipment, pipes, pipe fittings and other requirements of corrosion coating.
Storage requirements:
Store below 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire, heat, direct sunlight, open dumps is prohibited.Under this condition, the powder can be stable for 12 months, more than the storage period may be re-examined, such as the results meet the requirements, can still be used.

This product is non-toxic. In the course of inhalation of dust should be avoided. The operators should wear appropriate dust mask and glasses.
