The openings and grooves on the stainless steel pipe precision castings are all machined according to the requirements of the construction drawings.
The processing size and precision of the on-site welding groove and the welding groove with special requirements shall meet the requirements of the detailed design drawings. The remaining grooves are determined by the manufacturer according to the welding process.
The outer surface of the stainless steel pipe is not processed, and the outer wall should be sandblasted (or shot peened) to retain the frosted state, and the outer surface should be visually inspected to ensure that there are no harmful defects such as pores, shrinkage holes, sand holes, cracks, and slag inclusions.
The casting loose layer on the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe should be removed by machining, and the limit deviation of the inner diameter should meet the requirements of the technical regulations.
Any section of the stainless steel cast pipe shall ensure the minimum thickness of the dense layer shown in the drawing. One section is selected from the upper, middle and bottom of each pipe section, and the thickness of the dense layer is measured at every 90 points of each section. The thickness measurement is carried out after the inner wall is machined. . The openings and grooves on the stainless steel pipe with wall thickness difference between any section shall be machined according to the requirements of the construction drawing.
