The UNC225π is a X-ray cabinet to test all kinds of parts up to a diameter of 1200mm and a height of 1200 mm that do not exceed 300kg. Depending on the job-requirements the system is available with 225kV and even micro-focus. The cabinet has a footprint of 3200 mm x 3873 mm x 3277 mm, which ensures absolute safety, no X-ray leakage, fulfillment of all standards and an ergonomic operator position. All comfort items, like pneumatic door openers, can be added on demand.
Additonal Function:
1. Catch tool car can be completely out of the protective lead room, easy up and down lifting.
2. X-Ray tube can be extended into the detected parts, single / double check through the material everywhere.
3. Drive motor frequency control, unlimited speed control.
4. Lead door with anti-folder function and chain protection, protection equipment and staff.
5. Voltage regulator, isolation, filtering, grounding and other protective functions are complete.
6. Set aside industrial cloud interface, data and pictures in real time upload, with traceability and large data analysis function (optional).
Applications:
It is widely applied to inspect all kind of casting,NDT for air bubble,porosity and unwanted foreign.The equipment is applicable objects for NDT of cylinder welding defects and body,sidewall,lap,Crown steel cord and steel belt of tyre slag inclusion,crack,loosen and other flaws in hubs,pressure vessel,refractory material,bullet,boilr welded pipe and screwy pipe.
