Aluminum Alloy Wheel Hub NDT Online X Ray Equipment Inspection System
In order to reduce the weight, wheel is usually made of aluminum. But due to fluctuations in casting process, defects such as blowholes and porosities can’t be cleared up even use the advanced production method. Then, the wheels’ pressure tolerance impaired. But the risk can be controlled when we use X-ray inspection system to make all defects in wheels visible. That is the reason why X-ray inspection system was developed quickly and successfully in wheel production.
The wheel X-ray inspection system can be operated in 2 standard modes: auto mode and manual mode, in manual mode, the operator put the wheel on right position by using the switch, and adjusted the X-ray parameters manually. The system has high inspection speed, high image quality. It is convenient for people to analyze the image and assess the defect.
UNC160-Y2-D9 is our inline X-ray inspection system for alloy wheels. Using our new digital detector array it combines high-speed wheel inspection with outstanding image quality.
