Application:
The UNC160 is widely used in industrial non-destructive testing (NDT) applications, including inspection of aluminum castings, iron castings, and die-cast parts; automotive components such as brake pads, wheel hubs, engine parts, and tires; metal products including welded seams, steel pipes, cylinders, and pressure vessels; as well as special materials such as ceramics, rubber/plastics, refractory materials, and epoxy resin. It accurately identifies internal defects including porosity, inclusions, shrinkage, and cracks.
Product Features:
The Unicomp UNC160 is a classic 160kV X-ray real-time imaging inspection system featuring C-arm 5-axis motion and a 360° rotating workstation for omnidirectional detection. The system supports both manual and CNC automatic control modes, and offers comprehensive image processing functions including image enhancement, measurement, sharpening, void ratio calculation, and grayscale adjustment. With maximum penetration of 100mm aluminum / 20mm steel, 50kg load capacity, and a Φ500×800mm inspection range, the UNC160 is known for its high stability, cost-effectiveness, and low failure rate.
