Product Overview
TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is one of the most widely used high-strength titanium alloys, combining excellent corrosion resistance, favorable mechanical strength, and low density (approximately 4.5 kg/dm³).
This heat-treatable titanium alloy can be processed up to 25mm (solution heat treatment + aging) with a maximum operating temperature of 400°C. TC4 offers good formability and outstanding specific strength, making it ideal for aerospace and motorsports applications. Approximately 50% of global titanium alloy procurement volume consists of TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V).
