Yes, OEM/ODM services are welcome. We have a professional and creative R&D team, and customized colors are optional. From concept to finished goods, we handle everything including design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production in our factory.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, which is the closest city from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, Hong Kong. It's 1 hour from Guangzhou and Shenzhen by car, and 1.5 hours from Hong Kong (1 hour by car + 0.5 hour by boat).
How does your factory control product quality?
We are ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949 certified with an independent quality control team of 16 inspectors. We accept third-party certification, factory audits, and quality control inspections.
If you make poor quality goods, will you refund our fund?
We maintain strict quality standards and won't take chances with poor quality products. We manufacture high-quality goods until you are completely satisfied.
What about the payment terms?
We accept T/T, PayPal, Ali-Pay, West Union, and cash. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Terms are negotiable for large orders.
