1. Usage
The line is used for armoring pipe by steel tape for reinforcing.
2. Main Characteristic
- Every part is driven by separate motor. It adopts SIEMENS PLC to control and managed the working condition of every motor. The rotating speed and taping pitch can be changed by stepless and shown on the touchcreen.
- It has steel tapes low level detector(photoelectric type), which can alarm and stop automatically when tapes are empty.
- Tape pay-off adopt active pay-off type. The pay-off tension is constant and adjustable. The tension value can be shown on the touchscreen.
