1. Usage

The line is mainly for producing optical fiber ribbons with six or twelve fibers. It can meet with YD/T979-1998 standard and satisfy the application of optical fiber ribbon cable and other communication products.

6 Take-up

6.1 Take-up tension:

It can be adjusted independently, and the tension is stable. The adjustment range is 0.1N -12N and the error is 0.05N

6.2 The traversing pitch:

It is adjustable, the adjustment range is 0.1-5.0 mm, and the accuracy is 0.01mm

6.3 Static release device:

It is installed near to the take-up place, and the static electricity should be fully removed to ensure that the colored optical fiber ribbon is not affected by the static electricity

6.4 Max loading weight for take-up 30kg

6.5 Flange diameter range of take-up reel 200-500mm

6.6 Flange width range of take-up reel 100-500mm

6.7 Take-up axis diameter 50.8mm, 25.4mm(convenient for change)

7 Pay-off

7.1 Pay-off tension

Each pay-off tension can be adjusted separately. It is convenient and with good visuality. The pay-off tension is stable and adjustment range is 0.7N-1.6N, allowance error is ±0.03N,mechanical type control.

7.2 Static release device

It is installed during the course of pay-off, and the static electricity should be fully removed to ensure that the colored optical fiber ribbon is not affected by the static electricity

7.3 Max loading weight for take-up 10kg

7.4 Flange diameter range of pay-off reel 150-400mm

7.5 Flange width range of pay-off reel 100-300mm

7.6 Pay-off axis diameter 25.4mm

7.7 It can be automatically stopped when the optical fiber is broken or fiber optic ribbon runs out.

2.8 Material supply system

It can realize heating, heat preservation function (water for insulation). The jel supply pressure is adjustable and the adjustment range is 0.1Bar-10Bar. The material storage tank capacity is more than 20kg and can be easily disassembled.

2.9 Curing system

The instant lighting intensity can be step-less controlled with the production line speed and real time monitored. The process speed is automatically matches technical speed and the matching coefficient can be set. When abnormal happens, it can automatically slow down or stop according to the state of curing oven. It is with temperature display and overheating temperature alarm, and wit automatically slow down or stop function.
