This line is used to drawing the Aluminum Rod of Φ9.0mm or Φ8.0mm Copper Rod to size of Φ1.8~Φ5.0mm Aluminum Wire or Φ1.2~Φ5.0mm Copper Wire.

3. Summary

Wire drawing main machine motor,fixed speed wheel traction wheel motor and take up use AC motor,driven by Siemens frequency conversion device. The whole set of machine is controlled by Siemens PLC,with good synchronism,constant tension,reliable performance.Use touch screen to operate.Meanwhile,according to tested line speed,PLC calculates required annealing voltage,proving copper wire to make annealing at the best.
