1. Usage
The line is mainly used for winding multilayer of glass fiber tape reinforced on the outer layer of high pressure composite pipe, via multilayer hot melt method stick the glass fiber on the outer wall of inner pipe, to form a fully combined solid wall structure.
2. Main Characteristics
- Inner adopts far infrared heater. Heating temperature automatic to track the line speed and keep constant.
- Each plate pay-off tension is adopting ZF hysteresis tenison control device, which can be realize full plate to empty plate pay-off tension constant.
