The 13 Die Aluminum Breakdown Machine is used for drawing Φ9mm Al rod to 1.8mm~4.5mm Al wire and take up by T/U machine with dual bobbins.

Wire drawing main machine motor,fixed speed wheel traction wheel motor and take up use AC motor,driven by Siemens frequency conversion device. The whole set of machine is controlled by Siemens PLC,with good synchronism,constant tension,reliable performance.Use touch screen to operate.Meanwhile,according to tested line speed,PLC calculates required annealing voltage,proving copper wire to make annealing at the best.

Annealing copper wheel bearing seat uses flange to position,proving copper wheel to be on same plane,good repeating positioning,easy for maintenance.

Three phase AC annealing,energy consumption is 10% lower than DC annealing

AC original side voltage regulation,controlled silicon electric current is small,low heat,long lifetime

Upper annealing wheel has circulation water cooling,lowering copper wheel,bearing and nickel belt temperature,increasing lifetime.

Carbon brush wheel uses air cooling.
