2. Application
The machine is used to draw 12 soft copper wires at same time. It is a proper equipment for producing high quality wires and cables.
3. Main machine
Dies quickly replace structure;
Lubrication: spray.
Drawing capstans Motors: AC-200kW.
Final capstan motor: AC-55kW.
Drawing capstans use zirconium oxide ceramic, which has long lifetime.

Transmission uses single gear, which is easy to maintain
Main machine gears: precise cline gears, made by 20CrMnTi.
Gear box recycle lubricant pump is set outside, driven by three phases AC motor, and connected with main machine.
