2. Machine application

 

The machine is used to draw 12 soft copper wires at same time. It is a proper equipment for producing high quality wires and cables.

 

3. Annealing device

 

Anneal type: Continuous resistance (two-sections or three sections) structure.

 

Transmission: Belt.

 

Anneal max current: 4000A.

 

Anneal max voltage: 50V.

 

Anneal max diameter: Φ0.50mm.

 

Anneal min diameter: Φ0.25mm.

 

Anneal max speed: 25m/s.

 

Anneal capstan diameter: Ф500mm.

 

Anneal capstan material: Cold rolling nickel tube.

 

Compressed air quantity: Approximately 300L/min, and pressure is above 0.6Mpa.

 

Cooling water of heat exchanger quantity: Approximately 250L/min, and temperature is no higher than 25℃.

 

Cooling water pump model: 65ZX30-15.

 

Plate heat exchanger: 10 ㎡.

 

Bearing uses NSK bearing.

 

Sealing components are made in Taiwan.

 

It has break detector.

 

Anneal copper capstans bearing set use Flange positioning, to make sure copper capstans are in the same plane, good repositioning and easy maintenance. (Prepare with common manual positioning.)

 

The power consumption of three phases AC anneal device is 10% less than DC anneal device.

 

It uses AC primary side voltage regulation to increase silicon controlled lifetime.

 

It uses recycle water-cooling for up anneal capstan to reduce the temperature of copper capstan, bearing and nickel strap, and to increase their lifetimes.

 

Carbon brush capstan uses air-cooling.
