1. Usage
This line is mainly used for armoring high-pressure hose.
2. Main Features
- Every part is driven by separate motor. It is adopting SIEMENS PLC to unified control and managed the working condition of every motor. The rotating speed and stranding pitch can be changed by stepless and shown on the touchscreen.
- Stranding cage is adopting plane type structure. It has front and back support with good rigidity.
- Steel wire pay-off tension be controlled by mechanical friction, and adjustable.
