1. Application
It is mainly used for winding the aramid fiber on the outer of the high pressure composite pipe, reinforcing inner pipe by second layer aramid fiber, then composite pipe core is formed after heat curing.
2. Main Feature
Each pad pay-off tension adopts closed loop control, which can realize full pad to empty pad of aramid fiber pay-off tension constant. Inner adopt far infrared heater, heating temperature automatically track the line speed and keep constant.
