The line operation, the craft parameter setting and the producing management can be controlled by the IPC and the PLC. The control signals and the feedback signals are displayed on the IPC screen. So the man-machine function is achieved.
Data switching between each PLC is ensured by the PROFIBUS. S7-300 series PLC are made by SIEMENS.
The contactor and other main low-voltage units are SIEMENS products.
Data input, operation control on computer, each assembly connected with complete PLC control, 19” screen on main box, transmission motor controlled by AC inverter.
Simens AC motor, Danfoss AC motor controller. AC servo motor is Panosonic and Yaskava.
Control wire, complete cable tray from control cabinet to machine.
UPS for industrial computer.
The all grounded wires and the crust of the equipment must be connected to the earth reliably.
Electric control cabinets are all equipped with chassis. Power supply is three-phase and five-wire system.
All equipment's wires connected to the earth and shells are grounded reliably.
