1. Application:

It is mainly used for stranding and compacting of copper , aluminum conductors of round and sector shapes , as well as pre-twisting compacting of Milliken conductors , which has reached modern advanced level in the world.

2. Main features:

Pay-off stand can use(2500mm, 3150mm) column type pay-off stand. The 78 copper wire screening or steel wire armoring machine, concentric type taping device, non-metallic and metallic taping device. 1.25T, 1.6T, 2T, 2.5T capstan can be used in accordance to requirement. Take-up and traversing stand can use column type and portal type as well.

The machine uses main shaft for synchronization, which guarantees precision and stable taping pitch.

The machine uses original imported PLC to control the whole line, control the setting and running of respective electrical equipment. The electrical control system is of advanced technology, easy and reliable operation.
