Application:
This machine is mainly used in stranding Al-clad steel cable, OPGW and Fibre Optic Submarine Cable, steel cored Al stranded wire, and bare Cu and Al wire.
Specification:
Able to produce cables or strands in one or multi-pass
The rotating structure is supported on bearings for reels up to Ø 800 mm; the rollers is supported on GESADUR rollers
Machine able to work in twist, total back twist or variable back twist
Reels loading/unloading from the top or side loaders
Mechanical pintles equipped with safety locking system
Wire/strand break detector for each payoff
Tension control for each and every bobbin with individual load cells and controlled bobbin drive or bobbin brake control systems
