Description
Argon arc welding machine is used for producing the metal protective jacket for the cables, like railway signal cable, flexible fireproof cable, MV cable, etc.
Feature
1 After cutting the margin of clean copper tape (aluminum tape, stainless steel tape) precisely, the metal tape will be formed longitudinally by special mould and welded precisely under the protection of inert gas, then the final products can be done perfectly after fixing diameter and corrugation.
2 The whole machine adopts SIEMENS PLC controller, SIEMENS HMI and SIEMENS inverter speed regulator. The electric current and speed can be tracked synchronously. It is applicable for welding various lengths.
3 The machine cabinet is imported from Germany; the majority of the electric components are imported form famous joint-venture’s production in China. PLC, touch screen and frequency converter are Siemens. The main welder is from U.S Lincoln.
