The pay-off device adopts frequency regulation speed active pay-off,it is controlled by frequency regulation speed and control core wire tension by the feedback of high-sensitivity tension oscillating rod,

Take-up tension is controlled by low inertia high-sensitivity electromagnetic powder clutch (Mitsubishi) and programmable logic controller (PLC), can be ensure the tension is uniformity.
