Main Feature
The steel bar interlock armouring machine is used for manufacturing the pressure-bearing layer of submarine pipe, which can be borne the strong pressure inside and outside. It consisit of stainless steel tape inter-locking machine, caterpillar, rollers stand and electrical control system.
- The machine has two pads, one for paying-off tapes, and another for storing tapes. The mutual transformation of the two tapes function improves production efficiency greatly.
- It adopts 6 pairs press rollers for pressing and forming.
- It adopts 6 pairs press rollers for winding forming.
- Each part is driven by independent motor. It adopts SIEMENS PLC to unified control and manage the working condition of each motor.
