RTP Composite Pipeline Steel Wire Reinforced Plane Type Winding Machine With Tension Control

 

 

Main Feature

It is usually adopted for winding steel wire to reinforce the strength of RTP.

 

- Steel wire pay-off tension is controlled by mechanical friction, and can be adjusted.

 

- Stranding cage adopts plane type structure. It has front and back support, with good rigidity.

 

- Each part is driven by independent motor. It adopts SIEMENS PLC to unified control and managed the working condition of each motor. The rotating speed and stranding pitch can be changed by stepless and shown on the touch screen.
