Rigid Frame cable Stranding Machine for Cu wire and Al wire

1.Application

The machine is mainly used for stranding and compacting of copper or aluminum sector or round conductor, as well as pre-spiral sector conductor etc.

The machine is controlled by Siemens S7-300 series PLC, to ensure the synchronization accuracy (pitch deviation is less than 2% in regular production). Actually production, the users set the pitch of each cage and production line speed etc in the touch-screen according to the requirements of cable specification. At boot time automatically calculation through the PLC can determine the P/O tension control of the each transmission part to ensure that the machine pitch accuracy and synchronization, and the whole machine step-less speed regulation.
