Application
This line is use for drawing the copper alloy contact wire which used in the electrified railway, drawing the 20~22mm rod to 10.8~14.4mm contact wire.
Main Feature
1. Every drawing capstan is driven by individual motor. Dies arrangement is flexible.
2. The surface of drawing capstan is painted with tungsten carbide and processed by grinding treatment, which guarantee the long service life of drawing capstan.
3. Adopt inside and outside water circulation system to coll the drawing capstan. The sufficient cooling avoid the wire overhead and improve the drawing speed effectively.
4. Adopt DC motor and imported DC speed regulator to control the running of motor. Adopt imported PLC to command and command and coordinate the whole line. Adopt imported 10.4 inch color touch screen to display and set the parameter.
